Hi. I could start by listing all the roles I have had both personally and professionally - daughter, sister, wife, mother, friend, athlete, project manager, problem solver, professional engineer, certified classical homeopath, student advisor and BACH flower practitioner. I could list my formal education (Marquette University and Northwestern Academy of Homeopathy). You can find all that information in detail on my LinkedIn page. But none of this tells you WHO I am, only the WHAT.

I am someone who is DEEPLY curious about about life, people, the “why” of things, understanding the details and the bigger picture of what is seen and unseen. I am driven by a deep sense of compassion and a passion for creating an environment where people feel supported to share themselves fully.

I believe that true understanding stems from asking questions and listening intently and with your whole self. I have a knack for uncovering key insights that open to perspectives that brings a fuller awareness. This naturally leads to a deepening of the understanding of self, situation and circumstance.  With unconditional encouragement and support, I am there to partner with you as you navigate challenges and to celebrate as you embody your intended goals.

This curiosity and passion has taken me on a journey through a career as an engineer into the world of whole holistic health - mind, body, spirit. What unfolded was a deeply transformative understanding of the importance of my own healing, unfurling of truest self and the gifts of every experience of this life.
