Hi. I could start by listing all the roles I have had both personally and professionally - daughter, sister, wife, mother, friend, athlete, project manager, problem solver, professional engineer, certified classical homeopathy, student advisor and BACH flower essence practitioner. I would list my formal education (Bachelor of Science Engineering Marquette University and Northwestern Academy of Homeopathy). Or that I opened up my practice in 2019 and have the privilege of working with people in person in my office in Appleton, Wisconsin or virtually from
their own homes. But none of this tells you WHO I am, only the WHAT.
I am someone who is DEEPLY curious about about life, people, the “why” of things, understanding the details and the bigger picture of what is seen and unseen. I am driven by a deep sense of compassion and a passion for creating an environment where people feel supported to share themselves fully.
I believe that true understanding stems from asking questions and listening intently and with your whole self. Like a way finder accompanying you on a journey, I have a knack for using my loving curiosity to spark a fuller insight and awareness within yourself. This naturally leads to a deepening of the understanding of self, situation and circumstance. With unconditional encouragement and support, I am there to partner with you as you navigate your unique challenges and to celebrate as you embody your intended goals - physical, mental, emotional and even spiritual. We sometimes talk about the “parts” of ourselves. But you are not separate “parts” but a beautiful, unique, interwoven being with your own ways of navigating the world and your wellness journey. And my job is to deeply understand what it is like to be you so that together we can support your vital force in it’s ultimate goal - strengthening your overall resiliency to live your intended life to the fullest. This curiosity and passion has taken me on a journey through a career as an engineer into the world of whole holistic health - mind, body, spirit. What unfolded was a deeply transformative understanding of the importance of my own healing, unfurling of truest self and the gifts of every experience of this life - even the ones we never wanted to experience.
